Covid 19 Protocols & Guest Safety at Jungle Camps

As the world steps into the new normal, we at Jungle Camps are taking preventive, well-informed measures to ensure the safety of our staff, guests and the vendor partners. With the travel bans being lifted, we are ready and prepared to welcome you to a memorable Indian safari experience where your health and safety are paramount.

Some of the proactive & preventive measures that we have adopted are:

1. Heightened Sanitization in Rooms & Common Areas

Rooms and cottages sterilised before after check-in and daily during guest stay.
All high contact touchpoints like door handles, counter-tops, railings, bathrooms, switches, chairs and tables are constantly sanitised using powerful disinfectants and sanitizers.
The interiors of vehicles used for transfers along with any luggage accompanying the guests are disinfected too.
The staff has been trained for additional sanitisation in common areas.
All entrances too are thoroughly disinfected.

2. Social Distancing

Due to it being a boutique property, there is an inherent advantage as most of our rooms are spread out and at a considerable distance.
For the guests with prior bookings, all check-in formalities are be completed online to reduce contact and time at the front desk.
The meal timings have been extended and the guests are requested to book their tables for meals in advance at the restaurant to avoid over crowding. The allocation of table and decks too is done keeping in mind the social distancing norms.
The guests are requested to inform their check-out plans in advance so that bills can be made ready.

3. Team Education & Monitoring

Frequent training for the staff where we share the latest on safety and physical distancing norms to ensure that our lodges meet the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
There are twice a day temperature checks of all the staffs.
The staff maintains social distancing norms with each other too.

4. Guest Experiences

We advise that the guests follow stringent hygiene practices of regular hand washing and sanitization, limited hand face contact, social distancing and the wearing of face masks indoors.
Off-site experiences such as Village Visits & Community Experiences are subject to change, please enquire at the time of booking.
Sanitizers are kept throughout the lodge areas for guests to use.
Other facilities like swimming pools and spa are operated as per the government guidelines and regulations.
